Wrist monitors and blood pressure.

As I've said before, some high blood pressure can be of an arterial nature rather than cardiacally induced. For examples some bodybuilders who have very developed forearms have high blood pressure in their upper arms, simply because their arteries in their upper arms increase their contracting pressure so as to get the blood through the muscled forearms.
I deduced this by noticing that if one massages and relaxes the forearms, the measurement is lower.
I therefore suggest that bodybuilders should measure their pressures at their wrists rather than at their arms, and do it laying down to eliminate the augmented gravity factor.
The latter is important in bodybuilders simply because they have a lot more flesh in their upper bodies than the average person!
