MSM supplementation: the latest.

I must admit that when I initially embarked on my massive MSM supplementation, I was mainly guided by the pain I was feeling and was not logging every bit I was taking.

I knew I was taking at least 100 grams per day and perhaps even a lot more! Lately I've been taking about 12 heaped teaspoons per day... but some pain returned today! It's now 5:30 pm and I've already taken 18 teaspoons of MSM so far today and I'm now pain free!

Of course I'm still taking my other supplements at their regular normal amounts... it's a wonderful feeling not to have an incredibly painful hip bothering me all the time!
