Astronomical data should be reconsidered in view of new fundamental!

The speed of light is one of the most important fundamentals of nature ever developed. It is crucial to most astronomical considerations. It is not everyday of course that one revises such a fundamental like I've done in the recent past!
Hence a re-appraisal of most scientific data is necessary... especially where one perceives some anomalies... (e.g. the perihelion of Mercury springs to mind). If light is actually going at 304,475,873.2 m/sec instead of 299,792,458 m/sec, it actually could change all the distances of astronomical objects... this could also of course affect the significance of most angles involved because the base of most astronomical measurements is the parallex, using the astronomical unit for triangulation... this is of course not light dependant and yet most distances are expressed in light years! Not to mention the effect that all of this has on the significance of any aberration data! Sounds like a lot of work for astrometrists, that's astronomers that specialize in astronomical measurements.
The experimental speed of light currently in usage is only a local in-house phenomenon, which results from the peculiar method of measurement! On the other hand the speed that is actually measured through aberration, is the one that's in vogue all over the universe... see www.frankrusso.net/meshing_the_3_speeds_of_light.htm . Let's hope that this re-appraisal of any 'suspicious' data yields some significant results... that would be truly satisfying!
In conclusion then, science should never stand still as new knowledge threatens to change the current thinking... (a scientific revolution is not linked with destruction, like the sort that Lennon envisaged most revolutions would include in his "Revolution" song... but rather more like the sort that he himself would initiate!). All it would involve is some of the current luminaries altering their perception, to fit the new facts: unfortunately pride is a very resistant force! I hope scientific truth will always prevail!
